Lucy is over 5 months old now which is just crazy. Currently she is getting over her first bout with sickness – tis the season I guess. She ran a fever from Saturday until today, when it finally broke on its own. We took her to the doctor yesterday, and she thinks Lucy has roseola (b/c of a bad rash she had) and maybe RSV or some other virus too. Unfortunately they had to run some pretty unpleasant tests while we were there, but we all survived relatively unscathed. It was very traumatic for Lucy, but honestly it was probably even more traumatic for us. The good news is her blood work didn’t show anything too alarming – just that she has a bad virus. However, despite feeling pretty lousy the past few days she has managed to still look cute.
She is much better today - smiling a little bit and even laughing for the first time since Saturday. If you are curious about Lucy's cuteness and what else she has been up to these days, here are a few more recent pictures.
